Before filing an online report, read the following important information!

Please confirm the following to find out if online filing is right for you:

  • This is not an Emergency?
  • This incident occurred within the city limits of Rossford?
  • There are no known suspects?
  • There is no crime currently in progress?

If you don't meet the criteria above, call 911 for EMERGENCIES or 419-666-5230 to report a non-emergency crime.

If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you are ready to file your police report online.

Please note:

  • All cases filed online will be reviewed.
  • Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
  • Filing a false police report online is a crime.
  • You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to file a report.
  • You must have an email address.
  • A valid return email address is required in order to file an online report.

    ·         Upon approval by a Rossford Police representative, you will be notified by e-mail of the permanent case number.

    ·         If the case is rejected by a Rossford Police representative, you will be notified by e-mail of the reason for the rejection.
